That’s because we encourage managers and supervisors to have ongoing conversations with their employees to help establish work priorities and develop plans along the way.

The goal of these conversations is to keep things positive by finding ways to build on strengths, for greater success and accomplishments – while making sure the work lines up our larger priorities.

This is really just a way to ensure we’re all on the right track and encourages everyone to apply their best skills, and finding new possibilities and experiences.
