I joined CBC/Radio-Canada in 2004, and my journey from the role of an HR consultant to the Director of HR has been exciting and rewarding. I have grown both professionally and personally and it has been possible due to supportive colleagues and nurturing leaders.
Now in a leadership position myself, I am mindful of the responsibility the role brings with it. I believe in leading by example and empowering my team to support the larger organizational mandate in the most effective and engaging manner. The collective success and growth of our employees is directly tied to the success of the organization, therefore investing in our people is my number one priority. At CBC/Radio-Canada our employees are creative, passionate and talented – it is a pleasure to work with, and for, the best and brightest in the industry.
