CBC/Radio-Canada signs a tentative agreement with APS

June 30, 2016

After 20 sessions of negotiations, the Association of Professionals and Supervisors (APS) and

CBC/Radio-Canada have signed a new 4-year memorandum of agreement, with the possibility of a 2-year extension.

Negotiations between CBC/Radio-Canada and APS representatives were very respectful, with both parties mindful of APS members’ needs and the Corporation’s business realities. Both parties are happy and proud of the results and look forward to positive labour relations over the next four years.

This memorandum of agreement will be voted on by members in the near future.
