CBC/Radio-Canada became subject to the Access to Information Act on September 1, 2007. Since then the Corporation has responded to over 1,600 access to information (ATI) requests and released over 100,000 pages of documents.

All requests that have been answered by CBC/Radio-Canada under the Access to Information Act since December 1, 2011, except for those that are uniquely of interest to the requester and contain primarily personal information of the requester.
