The Chair of CBC/Radio-Canada’s Board of Directors presides over Board meetings held every six weeks. He is also expected to travel to various communities to meet and foster relationships with key corporate stakeholders, industry and community leaders across the country.
The expenses of the Chair and the President and CEO are reviewed and ratified, on a quarterly basis, by the Audit Committee of CBC/Radio-Canada's Board of Directors.
