2015: Everyone, Every way
A central feature of our five-year strategy, 2015: Everyone, Every way is the development of metrics and the establishment of a reporting process which allows us to track and assess our performance vis-à-vis our mission and guiding principles.
Twice a year, our Board of Directors is presented with a report that allows them to monitor the Corporation’s success in achieving its goals, so that we can continuously improve our services for Canadians.
2010–2011: The Benchmark Report
The following is the first report based on the 2010–2011 fiscal year. It provides the benchmark data against which our progress in implementing Everyone, Every way will be measured.
