2015: Everyone, Every way
A central feature of our five-year strategy,2015: Everyone, Every way is the development of metrics and the establishment of a reporting process which allows us to track and assess our performance vis-à-vis our mission and guiding principles.
Twice a year, our Board of Directors is presented with a report that allows them to monitor the Corporation’s success in achieving its goals, so that we can continuously improve our services for Canadians.
The January 2012 Report
The data presented in this report is based on November 2011 survey data that is compared to benchmark data for the same period of 2010-2011 (November 2010).
It provides the first measure of Anglophones’ perceptions of their public broadcaster since Everyone, Every way was launched.
