The data presented in this report is based on November 2011 survey data that is compared to benchmark data for the same period of 2010-2011 (November 2010).

Twice a year, our Board of Directors is presented with a report that allows them to monitor the Corporation’s success in achieving its goals, so that we can continuously improve our services for Canadians.

The January 2012 Report

The data presented in this report is based on November 2011 survey data that is compared to benchmark data for the same period of 2010-2011 (November 2010).

It provides the first measure of Francophones’ perceptions of their public broadcaster since Everyone, Every way was launched.
