Pursuing sustainability
In the coming year, CBC/Radio-Canada will seek to keep employees engaged in our efforts to reduce our footprint through new and existing campaigns, and notably through Doing Things Better. This ongoing campaign encourages employees to share their sustainability success stories so that the Corporation as a whole can integrate environmental concerns into its business decisions.
Also, the Corporation will manage its operations and buildings to support compliance to legislation through:
- Additional electronic waste recycling programs
- Online spill training for fuel storage tanks
- Containment plans for fuel storage tanks
